Norwegian romance salad - a delicious dish of canned pink salmon with rice and vegetables.
To impregnate the layers, I advise you to mix mayonnaise with sour cream in equal proportions, salt, pepper and add a drop of lemon juice - an ideal dressing for any fish salad.

Ingredients:
- canned pink salmon - 300 g;
- round rice - 60 g;
- leeks - 40 g;
- fresh cucumber - 130 g;
- carrots - 120 g;
- dill - 30 g;
- mayonnaise, sour cream, a leaf of Savoy cabbage and shrimp for decoration;
- apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, vegetable and butter.
How to make a Norwegian romance salad
On a plate we put a sheet of Savoy cabbage or leaf lettuce, on a sheet we put a culinary ring.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water, pour into a saucepan, pour water in a ratio of 1 to 1, salt, put a piece of butter, bring to a boil. Cook for 12 minutes over low heat, closing the pan with a lid. Cool the finished cereal, put it in the ring, grease with mayonnaise and sour cream sauce, or with one mayonnaise.
