Obzhorka salad with beans and smoked sausage
Obzhorka salad with beans and smoked sausage is an excellent option for every day or on a simple holiday table without frills. A dish according to this recipe with a photo turns out to be satisfying and tasty, for an adult a serving of salad with a slice of fresh bread for dinner is enough. You can season the salad with vinegar and vegetable oil, with mayonnaise or sour cream with mustard. Choose a dressing to your liking.
There are many options for this snack, each family has its own recipe. The combination of beans with a fried onion is very successful - this is the highlight of the salad.
It will take 15 minutes to cook. From the ingredients indicated in the recipe, 3-4 servings will be obtained.
Ingredients:
- canned red beans - 300 g;
- smoked sausage - 250 g;
- cheese - 60 g;
- parsley - 1 bunch;
- cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.;
- onions - 2 heads;
- apple vinegar - 10 ml;
- vegetable and butter, sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise.
How to Make a Glutton Salad
We start with the onion. We heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil, then put a tablespoon of butter and finely chopped onions, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Fry for 10 minutes until the onion becomes transparent, pour apple cider vinegar, pour a pinch of sugar, cook for another 4 minutes, cool.
Smoked sausage (Krakow, St. George, caraway, etc.) is cut into thin slices.
Add the chopped sausage to the onion.
Next, add the grated cheese on a coarse grater to the sausage and onion.
Parsley leaves are cut off from the stems, chop the greens finely, add to the bowl.
Throw red beans on a sieve, rinse with cold boiled water. Add the beans to the rest of the ingredients.
Cherry tomatoes are cut into 2 or 4 parts, sent to the salad bowl after the beans.
Season the dish to your liking or with mayonnaise, or add a tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil and a little apple cider vinegar. Pepper red or black pepper.
We mix the ingredients, leave for 15-20 minutes, so that they are saturated with juices.
Before serving, decorate with a leaf of parsley and cherry.
