And this is not surprising: this dish is interesting, bright, tasty, it can be prepared both on weekdays and on holidays. Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 100 grams of boiled beef;
  • 50 gr of pickled champignons;
  • 1 \ 3 Bulgarian red pepper;
  • 0.5 small red onions;
  • 0.5 small sour apple;
  • 0.3 tsp lemon juice;
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise;
  • 1 tsp mustard is not sharp;
  • greens for decoration.

 

How to make Prague salad

We cut the boiled beef into cubes, cut the pickled champignons into slices.

Cut bell pepper into strips, red onion into thin half rings.

Peel the sour apple, cut into strips - about the same size as chopped bell pepper. To prevent the apple from darkening, sprinkle it with a small amount of lemon juice.

Combine all the prepared ingredients and mix.

Spread in a salad bowl.

Preparing dressing - mix mayonnaise and mustard.

Pour salad dressing on top.

It remains only to decorate the salad with herbs to taste - and you're done.
