Rainbow Salad with French Fries

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 - 3 pieces;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- ham - 250 grams;
- green peas - 100 grams;
- beets - 100 grams;
- pickled cucumber - 1 piece;
- mayonnaise - 2 - 3 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- salt pepper.
How to Make a Rainbow Salad with French Fries
Peel and grate beets.
Grate carrots for Korean vegetables.
Dice the ham.
Rinse the potatoes and peel them. Grate the vegetable on a grater for Korean vegetables
Soak potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch for 20 minutes.
