Salad with funchose, vegetables and chicken is an easy to prepare and very tasty dish that is easy to prepare for lunch or dinner, guided by this recipe with step by step photos.
Funchoza - rice noodles (glass noodles) does not require cooking, it is enough just pour boiling water and leave it in boiling water for 10 minutes.
It will take 30 minutes to cook. From the ingredients indicated in the recipe, 4 servings will be obtained.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 230 g;
- funchose (rice noodles) - 130 g;
- Bulgarian red pepper - 150 g;
- onions - 120 g;
- carrots - 130 g;
- fresh cucumber - 150 g;
- parsley, dill - 1 bunch;
- chili pepper - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 2 teeth .;
- salt, olive oil, black pepper, soy sauce to taste.
How to make a salad with funchose, vegetables and chicken
Put the rice noodles (funchoza) in a deep bowl, pour a teaspoon of salt, pour 1 liter of boiling water. Leave the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes, in the meantime, prepare the rest of the salad ingredients.
Chicken breast fillet cut into thin strips. We heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, throw the fillet strips into the heated oil, quickly fry until golden brown, put on a plate, sprinkle with salt to taste.
In the same frying pan we put the onions, cut into cubes, pass the onion for 5 minutes, add the garlic, passed through the garlic press, and the finely chopped chilli pod.
Shred carrots with thin strips. When the onion becomes almost transparent, add carrot to it, fry for 5-7 minutes.
To the carrots and onions we add a chopped pod of fleshy red bell pepper, add salt or soy sauce together, freshly ground black pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
We discard the noodles on a sieve, shake off the water. Rice noodles have an excellent property - they never stick together even without oil.
Put funchose in a pan for vegetables.
Add the fried chicken fillet.
Cut fresh cucumber with thin strips, finely chop a bunch of fresh herbs. Add cucumber and herbs to the rest of the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and immediately serve.
