Canned Bean Salad - Simple and Tasty
Salad with canned beans, onions and carrots is a hearty and nutritious salad that will appeal to many, especially those people who do not eat meat or fasting. The dish goes full of beans, but the addition of fried carrots with onions also makes it more nutritious.
You do not need to fill the salad, or rather dressing in this recipe with a photo - this is the oil in which the vegetables will be fried.
Salt and pepper are added to taste, for spice you can add a little garlic. You can serve salad to the table just like that, you can go to various chicken dishes or any meat, fish.
Ingredients:
- red beans - 200 g;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste.
How to make a salad with canned beans, carrots and onions
Prepare all products on a list. Choose medium-sized vegetables. Peel and wash onions, dry, cut into half rings.
Carrots also need to be peeled and washed, then grated on a medium grater or simply cut into a thin oblong flat.
Warm the pan on the stove, grease it with vegetable oil. Put carrots and onions in a pan, fry vegetables until golden brown - a few minutes over medium heat. After vegetables, remove from heat and cool slightly.
Open a can of red canned beans. Beans must be washed and transferred to a salad bowl.
Add carrots and onions to the beans, mix, salt and serve.
