Salad with chicken, beans, corn and vegetables is not only bright, mouth-watering, but also hearty, tasty. It is prepared quickly and easily and, as a rule, is liked by absolutely everyone.
In this salad, you can use both boiled chicken (a more dietary option) and smoked, as in this step-by-step recipe with a photo - the taste will be more saturated, but this is a less dietary option.
Instead of mayonnaise, you can use natural yogurt without additives, mixing it with 1-2 cloves of garlic passed through a press.
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
- chicken fillet (boiled or smoked) - 150 g;
- Beijing cabbage - 100 g;
- red beans, canned - 4 tablespoons;
- tomatoes - 100 g;
- canned corn - 4 tablespoons;
- homemade mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons;
- salt to taste.
How to make a salad with chicken, corn, beans and vegetables
We take out the beans and corn from the jar and individually throw them in a colander so that the glass has excess liquid.
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes, about 0.5 - 0.7 cm. Also cut tomatoes.
We wash the Beijing cabbage and wipe it. Thinly chop the cabbage, then cut it into pieces about 3 cm long.
Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise (or crushed garlic yogurt). Mix the salad thoroughly. If necessary, salt and mix again.
