Ingredients:
- sprats in oil - 130 grams;
- potatoes - 100 grams;
- beets - 80 grams;
- carrot - 80 grams;
- chicken eggs - 1 pc.;
- pickles - 80 grams;
- mayonnaise - 80-100 grams;
- salt to taste.
How to make a sprat salad
Open the jar with sprats, remove the fish from the oil, if you wish, you can even put it on paper napkins to get rid of excess oil. Mash the sprats with a fork and put in the first layer.
Cool the cooked potatoes and grate, put the potato layer on top of the sprat and grease with a small amount of mayonnaise. This layer can be slightly salted.
Dice the pickled cucumber and put on top of the potatoes. Grease the cucumber layer with mayonnaise.
Cook carrots, peel and grate. The carrot layer will be as follows. We also soak it in sauce.
Peel the cooked beets until ready and grate them, put them in a salad on top of the carrots, and also coat them with mayonnaise.
