Serbian salad with beets and meat is a very hearty and tasty dish that is suitable for both weekdays and Sunday dinners. To cook it, you need to boil beef with roots and spices in advance and cool in the broth.
Beets also need to be cooked in their uniforms, baked in the oven or microwave oven. For serving, you will need a culinary ring or a transparent salad bowl, since this salad is puff.

- boiled beef - 350 g;

How to make Serbian salad
Chop onion finely. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, add a tablespoon of butter. Put the onion in the heated oil, salt, fry until transparent.
Cut the boiled beef into small cubes or narrow strips across the fibers. When the onion becomes transparent, put the chopped meat in a pan, fry with the onion for several minutes.
Peel the beets cooked in their uniforms, rub them on a large vegetable grater.
Pass through the garlic press two garlic cloves. Mix the grated beets with garlic, add half the mayonnaise, salt to taste, mix.
