Tbilisi Salad with Red Beans and Beef
Tbilisi salad with red beans and beef is a traditional Georgian snack. This dish is not only very tasty, but also healthy. Salad without mayonnaise, low-fat cooked meat, beans and fresh vegetables. The dish is hearty, it can be prepared not only on the festive table, but also served for lunch or dinner.
It is better to boil the meat on the eve of cooking with spices and roots and cool in the broth.

Ingredients:
- boiled beef - 350 g;
- canned red beans - 400 g;
- onions - 120 g;
- bell peppers - 100 g;
- chili pepper - 1 \ 3 pcs.;
- cilantro - 40 g;
- walnuts - 50 g;
- garlic - 2 teeth .;
- olive oil - 30 ml;
- wine vinegar - 15 ml;
- salt, pepper, hops - suneli.
How to make Tbilisi salad
Drain the brine from the canned beans, wash the beans with boiled cold water, shake the water, put the beans in a salad bowl or deep bowl.
We cut boiled beef into small cubes. Put the chopped meat in the salad bowl next to the beans.
Finely chop a small bunch of fresh cilantro, add greens to a salad bowl.
Next, dice sweet bell pepper. 1/3 or half of the chili pod is cleaned from seeds and membranes, cut finely. Garlic cloves pass through a garlic press.
Add garlic, chili and sweet pepper to the salad bowl.
We clean the onion head, cut into thin half rings. To get rid of the sharp onion smell, pour onion with vinegar and sprinkle with a pinch of salt in a separate bowl, rub it with your hands, leave for a couple of minutes. Then add onions along with vinegar to the rest of the salad ingredients.
We wash the walnuts with hot water, pour them into a dry frying pan. We calcinate the nuts in a dry frying pan without oil, then pour on the board, cool, chop finely with a knife. Add chopped nuts.
To taste, salt, pepper, pour half a teaspoon of suneli hops, pour with high-quality olive oil and mix thoroughly. Immediately serve.
