Herring under a green fur coat - try a new taste

We will use cheese, fresh cucumbers and green onions. Try a new taste of salad - it is very unusual and appetizing.
Ingredients:
- s / s herring fillet - 200 grams;
- potatoes - 150 grams;
- fresh cucumbers - 100 grams;
- hard cheese - 70 grams;
- green onions - 1 bunch;
- mayonnaise - 120-130 grams;
- salt to taste.
How to cook herring under a green coat
For convenience, you can use a removable form. If you prefer to buy a whole salted herring, then it will need to be cleaned and separated on a fillet. Remove all bones with the fillet.
Cut herring fillets into small cubes. Put it in the first layer, begin to form a puff salad.
Drizzle herring lightly with mayonnaise.
Cut green onions into small rings and put half of the serving on a herring.
Cook potatoes in their skins, cool and peel. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater and put on top of green onions. Salt the potato layer a little, as it was cooked without salt.
Pour the potato layer with mayonnaise.
Cut the fresh cucumber into small cubes and put in a salad. Pour this layer with mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese and put the next layer in the salad. Soak the cheese layer with mayonnaise.
Garnish the salad with the remaining green onions. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to soak.
