Charlotte in a pan: easy and tasty

How to cook charlotte with apples in a pan
We prepare the necessary ingredients. Sift flour through a sieve. Rinse the apple thoroughly with water. We take out the eggs in advance from the refrigerator to keep them warm to room temperature.
Place eggs and sugar in a bowl.

We introduce the sifted flour to the egg mass and mix the dough very carefully with folding movements.
Add the melted butter and mix again.
