How to make an apple pie with kefir
Pour kefir, warmed to room temperature, into a bowl, pour small white sugar.
We mix kefir with sugar until granules of sugar completely dissolve, break fresh chicken eggs in a bowl, pour half a teaspoon of table salt.
When the liquid ingredients are completely mixed, we add in small portions sifted whole-grain flour, a teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda on the tip of the knife. You do not need to extinguish soda, since kefir is sour.
Mix the dough well, pour a tablespoon of quality olive oil.
A baking dish with a non-stick coating (the diameter of the form in this recipe is 25 centimeters) is spread with butter, sprinkle with ground crackers so that the cake does not burn.
Pour the finished dough into a mold, shake to remove air bubbles.
Cut the core of apples, cut the fruit into slices. Put the apples on the dough with a fan.
