Invisible apple pie: lots of apples and little dough
No hostess can do without this recipe for a whip up pie. And all because there are a lot of apples and very little dough in it and it literally melts in your mouth. The dough in the pie is just enough to keep the apple filling in one piece, and each slice exudes sweetness, tenderness and aroma, which is why such an apple pie is called “Invisible”. Be sure to try this version of apple pie, even if you already have a favorite and proven recipe.
The oven should be set to warm to 180 degrees half an hour before cooking. The dough is prepared very quickly and you must not let the apples let the juice run, otherwise the dough will become liquid and spoiled.
If your apples are very sour, add 2-4 tablespoons of sugar to the fill.
Cooking time: 1 hour. 6 servings come out.

- cinnamon - ½ teaspoon;
- powdered sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons.
How to make an invisible apple pie
In a deep bowl, beat 2 eggs (one will be left to fill) and beat them with a mixer until foam.
Continuing to beat, enter half a serving of sugar. The mass should turn white, thicken and slightly increase in volume.
Sift the flour with a baking powder and cinnamon through a sieve. Pour a little into the egg mass, continuing to beat it all the time.
It remains to add milk and butter. Pour in these ingredients, mix with a mixer and briefly leave the dough.
Cut the peeled apples thinly into slices. Enter into the dough and mix gently with a spoon from the bottom up. This will keep the apple slices beautiful.
Grease a form (20-24 cm in diameter) with butter and sprinkle with sugar. So the crust of the finished cake will acquire a beautiful caramel shine. Pour the dough into the mold and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
After half an hour, remove the cake, but do not turn off the oven.
Prepare a fill that provides extra sweetness and a gentle crust. To do this, beat the remaining egg with half the norm of sugar (75-80 grams).
Pour the mixture into the hot cake and place in the hot oven for another 10 minutes.
If the surface of the pie is uniformly shiny and baked, then it's time to turn off the oven. Let the apple pie remain behind the closed door for a few more minutes, until a quarter of an hour.
Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar and serve hot for tea. Bon Appetit!
