We offer a step-by-step recipe with a photo, according to which it is easy to cook and assemble a beautiful snack cake of boiled vegetables, eggs, smoked chicken breast, fried champignons, nuts, cheese and prunes. If you want to cook it quickly, boil carrots, potatoes and chicken eggs in advance.

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken breast - 450 g;
  • fresh champignons - 300 g;
  • pitted prunes - 120 g;

  • potatoes - 250 g;

How to make a puff snack cake

The first layer is boiled carrot, grated on a large vegetable grater. Salted grated carrots to taste, put in a cooking ring, set on a flat plate, greased with mayonnaise.

Then add two chicken eggs, chopped into small cubes or grated. Grease the eggs with mayonnaise.

Peel the potatoes cooked in their uniforms, cut into small cubes, salt. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise in equal proportions, salt, pepper. Put half the potatoes in a ring, grease with a thick layer of this sauce.

Finely chop the half of the nuts. Use nuts to your taste - walnuts, forest, or, as in this recipe, cashews.

Pitted prunes are poured with boiling water for 5 minutes, drain the water, dry the dried fruits, cut into thin strips.
