Casserole with zucchini and chicken in the oven - a simple, but very tasty and juicy dish of cooked meat with vegetables and cheese.

If the day before you were cooking broth or chicken soup, then the next day try to cook this simple dish from the remaining chicken - you won’t regret it. For the recipe, baked chicken meat is also suitable, which sometimes remains after the festive feast.

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken - 500 g;
  • zucchini - 500 g;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 200 g;
  • milk - 120 ml;
  • wheat flour - 35 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • cheese -50 g;
  • butter, spices, salt.

How to cook a casserole with zucchini and chicken

We remove the chicken meat from the bones, tear it into fibers or cut it finely. To cook this dish, any portion of boiled chicken without skin is suitable.

Zucchini zucchini cut into thin strips. Sweet bell peppers are cleaned from seeds, cut into cubes.

Pour the batter onto vegetables and meat, shake the mold so that the batter spreads evenly inside. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle grated cheese on a casserole.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We send the casserole form to the preheated oven, cook for about half an hour - the chicken is already cooked, the rest of the ingredients do not need a long heat treatment. After 30 minutes, a golden brown crust will appear, then you can get the dish out of the oven.
