Oven in pots with meat and potatoes in the oven
In pots, even the usual roast with meat and potatoes turns out to be surprisingly tasty and fragrant. And although you will do it in the oven, to taste it will be similar to what is cooked in the oven - and all this is because of the pot. Well, and a good recipe, of course!

Ingredients:
- beef pulp - 200 g;
- onions, small - 1 pc;
- carrots - 0.5 pcs; small;
- potatoes - 4-5 pieces, small size;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- salt, ground black pepper, spices to taste;
- hard cheese - 40 g.
How to cook pot roasts with meat and potatoes
For this dish, you can use any meat: pork, beef, chicken or turkey. We choose pork and beef not fat, but we take parts from the hips from the bird - in this case, the roast will be moderately fat, the meat slices will be juicy. The skin of the bird is removed, in this dish we do not use. We wash the meat and cut into small pieces, about 2 cm each. Salt the meat, pepper, add spices for the meat and mix well. Set aside for 20-30 minutes, marinate.
Rinse and peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Onions are cut into thin half rings. Cut the carrots into thin strips or thin half rings.
Cut the potatoes into cubes about 2 - 2.5 cm in size.
Put potatoes in a bowl, add salt, seasonings for potatoes, garlic, passed through a press. Mix.
We combine potatoes, onions, carrots, meat, mix.
We spread the prepared products in a pot, filling it to the very top.
Pour boiling water into the pot so that its 3-4 cm level does not reach the top of the pot.
We cover the pot with a lid and put in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees C. We bake the roast for 45-60 minutes. The baking time depends on the type of meat and the size of the pieces of meat and potatoes.
Hard cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater. Remove the lid from the pot and sprinkle the top of the roast with cheese.
We put a pot of roast in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve this roast right in the pot.
