Celery Fat Burning Soup
The recipe for a fat-burning celery soup consists of those products for the processing and assimilation of which the body will spend more energy than it gets from such food. And this means that the missing calories will have to be taken from the accumulated reserves and the weight will begin to leave. At the same time, neither a hunger nor discomfort is felt on such a diet, on the contrary - lightness appears, since the digestive system is not overloaded with heavy high-calorie food.
The soup is quickly absorbed, saturates for a long time, and most importantly - it does not bother. You can cook fat-burning soup with the addition of various vegetables with low calorie content. This is, first of all, all types of cabbage: savoy, white, cauliflower, kohlrabi, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and celery stem or root. The main products are added onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, all kinds of greens.
It is recommended to salt the soup moderately, but you can add more “hot” seasonings - they also contribute to weight loss, actively participating in the breakdown of fats. Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 1/3 of a small fork;
- celery root - a quarter of the average tuber;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- onions - 2 onions;
- bell pepper - 1 pc;
- fresh or canned tomatoes - 2 pcs;
- green beans - 100-120 gr (optional);
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- any vegetable oil - 1 tsp;
- salt to taste;
- ground ginger root - 0.5 tbsp. l;
- turmeric, hot pepper - to taste.
How to Make Fat Burning Soup
Onions are one of the main components of the soup. But boiled it is unlikely that anyone will like it, so onions can be spassed in a small amount of vegetable oil. A teaspoon of oil will not add much calories, and the soup will be much tastier. Finely chop two onions, pour into a saucepan with heated oil and pass over low heat until soft.
After two or three minutes, add finely chopped garlic, cubes of carrots and celery root.
We pass the vegetables without frying for about a minute or two. Pour turmeric, ground hot pepper, finely chopped ginger root or 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger. Let the spices warm up to reveal the taste and aroma.
Add green beans and bell pepper, chopped into small pieces, into the pan. In winter, it is better to use frozen vegetables, in summer, of course, fresh.
We cut fresh tomatoes into cubes, we canned them with a fork, and together with a couple of tablespoons of juice we add them to the vegetable mix.
After weat the vegetables over low heat for several minutes, add fresh white cabbage, cut into strips.
Mix, pour the vegetable broth or boiling water. The amount of liquid at your discretion, the soup can be boiled both thick and liquid. Salt moderately. Let it boil and let it boil until the cabbage is soft.
