Fat-burning vegetable soup "8 kg per week"

The basis of the correct recipe for this soup is cabbage, and to it we add everything that is on the vegetable shelves or in stocks, with the exception of potatoes. It is potatoes with a large amount of carbohydrates and high calorie content that should be completely excluded from the diet if you want to lose weight quickly.

Ingredients:

  • fresh white cabbage - 200-250 gr;
  • Peking cabbage - 5-6 sheets (only the white part);
  • carrots - 1 pc. medium size;
  • onion - 1 large head;
  • fresh or canned tomatoes - 2 pcs;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc;
  • olive oil - 1/3 tsp;
  • salt to taste;
  • water, low-fat chicken broth - 4 cups;
  • turmeric - 1/3 tsp;
  • hot pepper, ground ginger to taste.

How to Make Fat Burning Soup

In a separate saucepan, we heat water or broth until boiling (soup can be cooked on low-fat broth of chicken breast or on vegetable). While boiling, cut the vegetables: thin slices of carrots, a small cube of onion and straws, bell pepper.

From the head of Beijing cabbage we remove several upper leaves. Cut off the lower dense part for the soup, leave the top for salads. We cut the Beijing into strips. We shred white cabbage as usual for the first courses.

Pour a little oil into a pot with a heavy bottom - just to grease the bottom. Heat, spread onions and carrots. Passing without frying for two to three minutes. The fire is almost minimal.

As soon as the characteristic aroma of sauteed onion appears and it slightly changes color (becomes translucent), add the straws of pepper and tomatoes. If we cook with canned tomatoes, add some juice from a can along with mashed tomatoes.

We leave the vegetables to languish for about five minutes, so that the tomatoes acquire a sweet and sour taste. Add the spices. Instead of ground pepper and ginger, you can add rings of fresh chili and finely chopped ginger root.

Warm up so that the spices reveal the aroma. We spread both types of cabbage in a pan, mix.

Pour the boiled broth or water, again let it boil and cook until cabbage is ready. Cooking time is about ten minutes, but if you like more boiled cabbage, increase to 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, salt the vegetable soup to taste.

    In fact, this soup is boiled in water and nothing is fried. Peking cabbage is not in the recipe.
    And besides soup, other foods are included in the diet.
