vegetable oil - 30-40 grams.

How to make a filling for potato pies

Rinse the peeled potatoes and put in a pan. Pour cold water and put on a strong fire on the stove. As soon as the water begins to boil, add salt and reduce the heat so that the potatoes boil a little. Cover with a lid and cook until soft.
