Lay the day for cooking - it takes so much time for the tomatoes in Korean to fully marinate and gain a taste. Juicy slices of tomato are saturated with a sharp fragrant marinade and become unusually tasty. Ingredients:
- meaty ripe tomatoes - 500 - 600 gr;
- sweet bell pepper - 1 pc (yellow or green);
- garlic - 4-5 large teeth;
- hot peppers - 0.5 pcs;
- dill and parsley - a third of a small bunch;
- table vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l;
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l;
- salt - 1 tsp (to taste);
- soy sauce - 0.5 tbsp. l
How to cook Korean style fast tomatoes
We cut the half of the hot pepper pod lengthwise, remove the seeds. We cut the garlic into plates, sweet pepper strips.
Rinse the herbs, dry. Large cut parsley leaves and dill.
Two types of pepper, herbs and garlic are placed in a blender. Add vegetable (sunflower) oil to them. Pour vinegar and soy sauce (it is better to take unsalted sauce).
Pour salt and sugar (small salt).
Grind in a pulse mode with a blender to the consistency of a thick heterogeneous slurry, in which there will be small pieces of vegetables and greens.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, if small - into halves. We put in one layer in a bowl or saucepan, jar.
We coat each slice with a sharp vegetable mixture, pour with liquid marinade. So lay out all chopped tomatoes in layers.
We cover the dishes with a tomato lid. Shake several times. Leave at room temperature for two hours, during which time periodically shake the saucepan with tomatoes. Then we put in the refrigerator until the next day.
A day later, the tomatoes in Korean are soaked in marinade, will become spicy, very fragrant and tasty. Serve them better chilled.
