From ordinary red beets, you can make a lot of low-calorie and very healthy dishes. To cook such beetroot patties with semolina you will need a minimum of time, if you do not take into account the period of frying the patties in a pan. This will take you no more than 20 minutes.

Choose vegetables of a small size, equal in size, without damage and dark spots. To make the dish the most delicious, refuse to purchase sluggish root crops of dubious quality. To beets retained the maximum beneficial properties when frying, you will need a frying pan with a thick bottom and a minimum of vegetable oil.
