Pansies

These gentle bright violets can become a decoration of the garden for the whole summer, because there are varieties among them that bloom at different times. If we take into account that a huge number of hybrid varieties, striking with a variety of colors, have now been bred, then you can make excellent compositions from just a viola for any flower bed.

The brightest representative of this violet is the two-year-old viola, characterized by large flowers, pleasing to the eye all summer, since the beginning of June. Easily propagated by self-seeding. They plant seedlings in early spring, and in May they are already transferring to a flower bed. So the violet strengthens the roots, and begins to bloom from the beginning of June.

Phlox

A great option for the northern regions, easily tolerates frosts. A stunted groundcover forming a thick colored carpet is used as decoration for other garden plants. Looks good with high plantings of bushy perennials. The plant is unpretentious, luxuriously blooms all summer in light and shaded areas, it is not demanding on the soil.

Nemophile

A beautiful ground cover annual will decorate any corner of the garden. Flowers appear in June, and hold on to the end of the season.
