Extraordinary tenderness salad - just melts in your mouth
Each of us knows a lot of recipes for delicious salads that we prepare for the holidays or just for a family dinner. But, often, when all the dishes are tired, I want to try something new.
I want to share with you a recipe for a great salad, which is called "Extraordinary Tenderness." The name of this salad speaks for itself. It turns out incredibly tender and tasty, despite the fact that it contains the simplest and most uncomplicated products, and it is easy to cook at home. Such a salad will appeal to each of your guests or family members.
For salad dressing “Extraordinary tenderness” I use mayonnaise, if you don’t really like it, you can replace it with your favorite sauce, but this is up to you to judge by your culinary preferences. As part of the ingredients of this step-by-step recipe with a photo, there is carrot, you can also experiment with it a little, since it can be added either boiled or raw, and here again your taste will play an important role. You can also add Korean carrot spices to it.
Such a salad can be prepared at any time of the year, since there are no seasonal products in it, most of the ingredients we have at hand. This is another plus of this dish that any hostess will appreciate. To make the salad look beautiful, I recommend decorating it with a flower cut from carrots and herbs.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 250 grams;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- rice - 40 grams;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- garlic - to taste;
- salt, black pepper - a pinch;
- cheese - 100 grams;
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons.
How to make an unusual tenderness salad
First, prepare the chicken. Rinse it and boil in water (adding salt to it) for about half an hour. You can add peppercorns and bay leaves to the water in which you will cook the fillet - this will give the meat a more rich taste.
Slice the prepared meat.
Boil the eggs to make them hard boiled - the readiness time is 10-15 minutes. Cool, grate.
Rinse thoroughly, fill with cold water, cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Make dressing - mix mayonnaise with chopped clove of garlic.
Grate the carrots.
Lay the salad in layers: finely chopped fillet, mayonnaise.
Then rice, mayonnaise.
After - eggs, carrots. Also coat each coat with mayonnaise.
Put the hard cheese last, grate it.
Garnish the salad with finely chopped dill, carrots.
