Funky Chicken Salad - Classic Recipe
Very tasty and interesting salad "Funky" turns out. It is prepared with chicken and pineapple, cheese and Beijing cabbage, so that, as you can see, all the ingredients complement each other perfectly.

- Chinese cabbage - 200 g;
- smoked chicken fillet - 150 g;
- canned pineapples - 80 g;
- hard cheese - 80 g;
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons;
- loaf - 2 thin slices.
How to make funky chicken salad
We remove the upper leaves from Beijing cabbage, rinse it. Dry the cabbage with a paper towel. For salad, use only the upper, tender part of the leaves. Thinly chop the cabbage.
Smoked chicken cut into small pieces - thin strips. Cheese grated on a coarse grater.
Pineapples are removed from the syrup and dried with a paper towel. We cut pineapples in the same strips as chicken.
Put chicken, cabbage, cheese and pineapple in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix.
Rusks for salad can be prepared by yourself or use purchased. If you cook it yourself: cut off the crust from the loaf, cut the slices of the loaf into pieces of about 2 cm. Fry over high heat on a dry frying pan until light golden, cool to room temperature.
We form a salad using a cooking ring (but you can simply put it in a salad bowl). Set the ring in the center of the plate and fill it with salad. We level the top of the salad with a spoon, pressing lightly. Carefully remove the ring. We spread crackers on top.
Decorate with greens if desired.
But even if you put the salad simply on a plate, without a cooking ring, it will be very beautiful.
