Delicious salad “Obzhorka” with meat and pickles

Salad "Obzhorka" with meat and pickles will appeal to lovers of meat and vegetable dishes. Performed in the original culinary traditions, it may well replace the usual salad classic.
The list of components in this recipe with a photo is quite modest. Choosing meat, you can safely give preference to any lean piece of pork or beef, chicken breast. The pulp must first be boiled by adding bay leaf and peppercorns.
You can take cucumbers to your liking. Several pickled olives will bring an interesting flavor variety.
Onions and carrots should only be slightly stewed until soft, so as not to spoil the taste of the salad. Homemade mayonnaise gives the appetizer a unique taste. When purchasing a gas station in a supermarket, opt for packaging with a high percentage of fat content, as a better one, with a minimum content of flavors. When serving a treat, be sure to add finely chopped greens.
Ingredients:
- boiled pork - 250 grams;
- carrots - 0.5 pieces;
- table salt - to taste;
- onions - 1 head of medium size;
- mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces;
- refined vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- fresh greens - 2-3 branches.
How to cook a glutton salad
Peel the carrots, wash with running water and dry. Grind on a coarse grater or cut into small strips. Size is very important for passer. Remove the husks from the onion and cut into half rings.
First, cut the cucumbers with longitudinal plates, then with small cubes. Boil lean pork or beef with spices. Then remove from the broth and let cool. Cut into small pieces.
Heat oil and put onion slices. Stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. As soon as the onion changes color, add chopped carrots to it. Mix the components and cover. Simmer another three minutes at a low temperature, until the vegetables are soft. Then put in a plate for cooling.
In a suitable dish, combine chopped cucumbers and meat, add chilled sauteed vegetables.
If necessary, add salt and spices. Add mayonnaise and mix.
Tighten with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours. When serving, garnish with a sprig of parsley or dill.
