Sprat salad - delicious and satisfying

Ingredients:

  • sprats - 150 grams;
  • potatoes - 100 grams;
  • onions, small - 1 pc.;
  • carrot, small - 1 pc.;
  • rice - 50 grams;
  • mayonnaise - 100 grams;
  • dill - 2 branches;
  • salt to taste.

 

How to cook a delicious salad with sprats

Pre-boil the potatoes, cool and grate on a medium grater. Put the potatoes in the salad with the first layer, salt it a little and pour with mayonnaise.

Dice onions and put into salad. If desired, the onion can be doused with boiling water to leave the bitterness. And who loves spicy dishes, you can skip this stage. Drizzle the onion a little with mayonnaise.

Chop the sprats: put out the butter and mash with a fork into medium pieces.

Rub the boiled carrots on a fine grater, add the next layer to the salad. Pour a layer of mayonnaise.

Boil rice in advance, rinse and put in salad. Add salt and rice with mayonnaise.
