Puff crab salad - very tasty
We offer you a recipe for crab sticks puff salad with cheese and corn. Choose crab sticks from a trusted manufacturer with a natural composition. Hard cheese should be 50 percent fat. Use greens of your choice.
It takes time to prepare puff salads, so this serving is most often used for a festive table. A simple salad, laid out in layers, always looks elegant and spectacular. Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 120 grams;
- hard cheese - 120 grams;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- corn - 70 grams;
- mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;

How to cook puff crab salad
Grate the cheese.
Finely chop the crab sticks.
Set the mold on the serving plate. Put a layer of cheese.
Apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
Place the crab sticks, flatten and grease them with mayonnaise.
Place the corn on top of the crab sticks, add a little mayonnaise.
Cut greens with a ceramic knife and lay with the next layer. Apply mayonnaise net.
Boil eggs, cool, peel. Separate the yolks and crumble them over the greens. Add a layer of salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise.
Grate the proteins on a fine grater and put the last layer on the salad. Chill the dish in the mold for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
