Ingredients:
- kefir - 200 ml .;
- flour - 180 g;
- sugar - 150 g;
- chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
- apples - 2 pcs.;
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
- cinnamon - 0.5 tsp;
- butter - 50 g.
How to make apple pie
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. We drive eggs into a deep plate, add sugar and mix everything well until smooth.
Pour kefir and mix well again.
In a separate container we combine the sifted flour with a baking powder. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
The dough should be thick.
I wash the apples well, peel them, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
We add a teaspoon of sugar and cinnamon to apples, mix everything well.
Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and pour half of the dough.
Put apples on top of the dough.
We pour out the remaining half of the dough and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
