How to make bagels with apples from cottage cheese dough
Pour sugar into the butter and mash with a fork.
Add cottage cheese and mix with a fork or mixer.
A homogeneous mass should be obtained.
Pour in flour and knead the dough. It is convenient to do this directly with your hands on the table, not in a bowl. Add flour to the table until the dough starts to separate well from the hands.
Divide the dough into two parts, wrap in a film and put in the refrigerator.
Mix sugar with cinnamon. I had icing sugar, I used it.
Peel apples, seeds and cut into 12 parts. In general, look at the size of the apples.
Sprinkle apples with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out one part of the dough on the table (do not forget to sprinkle the table with flour) and cut as shown in the photo.
In each segment we wrap a piece of apple.
Put bagels on a baking sheet (pre-cover with foil or parchment). Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees 25 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.
Remove the finished bagels from the oven and allow to cool slightly. You can serve with tea!
